SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 security deposit is required for all bookings. Your security deposit will cover if any of the owner’s property is damaged and/or missing during the time of your stay. The security deposit will be mailed back to you 2 days after the camper has been cleaned and inspected and determined to be acceptable condition.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made outside of a month of booking will be issued a full refund. If renters cancels inside of that time span, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged.

PAYMENTS
A deposit is to be made to lock in the dates of your choice. That deposit requirement is going to be 50% of the booking fee. The other 50% will be collected 14 days prior to the booking.
